1. Services Provided
We provide articles, a newsletter, and webinars for educational and informational purposes. You do not need to create an account or make a payment to access these services.
2. SMS Notifications
By voluntarily submitting your mobile number through our online form, you agree to receive a one-time SMS reminder for the specific webinar you have registered for. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
We use ActiveCampaign to manage our communications, including SMS messaging.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our site and services—including webinars, writing, and any related materials—is the intellectual property of Kadavy, Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
4. No Guarantees
